LIABILITY
The user of our services acknowledges both an understanding of and an assumption o fthe risks involved in these activities. By continuing this booking, the user expressly releases us of all and any liability for losses of any kind,including physical injury or lost property. It is essential to arrange a comprehensive personal and baggage travel insurance in advance to cover any eventuality, including charges arising should you have to cancel your
holiday plans. Please check your CLIENT or your own insurance company about this. “MAGIA II“ excludes liability for matters such as baggage loss or damage, expense or inconvenience caused by delayed or cancelled transportationservice, changeof schedule, strikesorother conditions beyond “MAGIA II“control. While we wish to provide a safe and enjoyable trip for all our guests, there are normally inherent risks in boating (cruising), sailing, swimming, snorkelling, diving and other activities with us. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance prior to their stay with us. We will not be responsible for damage or losses of any kind, including injuries and lost property. By engaging our services, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
CANCELLATION FEES & REFUNDS
Although we would love to see you on-board, we understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel your booking, we ask that you notify us at your earliest convenience. All cancellation must be done in writing. The refund or cancellation charges that will be payable depending on the amount of notice you provide us as per below details. Any refunds outside of our terms will be a claim on your insurance company.
- From the 90 days prior to sailing 50% of the total amount
- From the 89 days up to the 61 days prior to sailing 75% of the total amount
- From the 60 days up to and including on the day of the sailing 100% of total amount
“MAGIA II”reserves itself theright to apply surcharges in the event of extraordinarycircumstances due to economic instability and irregular exchange rate occurred in the country. Any surcharges encountered shall apply automatically on all existing and future bookings.
COMPLAINTS
Short-comings in our services during the cruise are to be reported immediately to our tour cruise direct or on board. If possible the cruise director will try to find an appropriate solution.
PAYMENT / CONFIRMATION
Bookings are not confirmed until an advance non-refundable payment of 50% of the total has been paid. Balance payment should be paid 60 days prior to Cruise Departures or it will be depends on the booking condition. For booking and transfer inquiry please contact : [email protected]
FORCE MAJEURE
“MAGIAII”is not liable for failure to perform their obligations if such failure is as a result of Act of God(Including Fire, Flood, Earthquake, Storm, Hurricane or other natural disaster) war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (Regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute or strike.
INSURANCE
The vessel carries 2 separate insurance policies
- Hull & Machinery Insurance, which covers the vessel itself in the event of damage or loss ;
- Protection & Indemnity Insurance (P&I), which is a third party insurance and covers passengers and crew during the time they are aboard the vessel.
Please note that the P&I Insurance does not cover you outside of the vessel, e.g.due to any swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, water- skiing, surfing, kayaking or similar sports, whether supplied by the yacht owner, charterer, or any third party. We highly recommend that all guests have adequate travel insurance prior to traveling. Coverage varies depending on the provider. Should you or any of your party want to dive it is highly recommended that you are covered under your travel insurance or by your own personal scuba diving insurance of choice.

- Transfers & Repositioning Fees MAGIA II homeports are Labuan Bajo in Komodo, Sorong in Raja Ampat . If the yacht needs to be repositioned significantly from the home port to start your charter are positioning fee of USD 2.500 / Day may apply.
- Extra Diving Equipment Rental At prevailing local rates (Quotation on request)
- Dive Courses / Certifications To be quoted by the dive instructor according to certification or course requirements (PADI).

The 26m long MAGIAII consists of 3 decks and has been built by hand in the traditional style of a Phinisi. In keeping with special emphasis on style and sustainability, the furniture throughout the boat is custom-made from teak, rattan and other locally sourced materials from Indonesia.
Accommodation One large Master cabin, with air conditioning and a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, double wardrobe, and private balcony relaxation area with jacuzzi. The VIP cabin, which is expansively designed as a hotel room, offer comfortable accommodation for a couple. It has been fitted with 2 single beds for extra guests. 2 Double air conditioning cabins have ensuite bathroom, wardrobe and porthole for natural light , allowing a maximum of 10 on board.
Facilities A tea & relaxing lounge, open kitchen, indoor dining area seating up to 8 people, under the stars sleeping area, and plenty of space outside to unwind and enjoy the views. Guests will be able to enjoy a drink at the“alfresco”carand lounge, dine at leisure in the air conditioned dining room or on the outdoor deck. The main outdoor deck has large oversized day beds shaded by tarpaulin – perfect forrelaxing day or night and enjoying the fresh sea breezes.
Activities MAGIAII also hasi ts ownfully licensed PADI dive centre, catering to qualified divers. Development courses offered on board range from Open Water Diver to over 16 specialties. There is plenty of equipment for all guests and they can practice yoga on board. For those with a taste for adventure,s SUP, Canoeing, hiking, visiting local islands and pearl farms are among the many other pursuits on offer. A resident spa therapist aboard the vessel ensures our clients can succumb to the soothing pleasures of a signature MAGIAII massage.
